Follow the simple steps below:
- Click on the “Start shopping” button and view the range and decide on the garments you want.
- Call the Brook Taverner sales team on 0800 9150500
- Tell the operator that you wish to Ring and Reserve using Walters of Oxford, Oxford (not available on Sale items).
- Give the details of the garments you wish to try on before you buy.
- The sales team will inform you if they are instock and when they will be delivered to Walters of Oxford.
- If you are not sure of your size Brook Taverner will be happy to send two different sizes for you to try on.
- When the garments arrive at Walters of Oxford you will receive a phone call informing you that your order has arrived.
- You then have 14 days to visit Walters of Oxford.
- Come and try the garments on – if you like them – you pay, if you don’t, you depart without obligation. If you need another size then simply re-order from Walters of Oxford.
- This arrangement is not available on Clearance items.
